Brief Job Description

As a CRM Manager you will be responsible for Tipico’s growth in German and Austrian markets with the focus on conversion, retention and reactivation of existing customers. You will also design and implement churn prevention programs, work closely with internal and external stakeholders to further increase Sportsbook profitability, engage and monetise players. In this role you will be reporting to the CRM Team Manager.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Implementierung von Customer Life Cycle Funnels in Deutschland und Österreich
• Mitverantwortung für den Kampagnen-Kalender
• Erstellung von Kampagnen und User Journeys mit Exact Target (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
• Planung und Durchführung von Werbe-Kampagnen, inklusive Vorher- und Nachher-Analysen
• Budget-Management über die beiden Märkte
• Konstante Verbesserung und Optimierung der Kundenkommunikation
• Kontrolle des Kampagnen-Designs und Erstellung der Marketing-Texte
• Einbringung von neuen Ideen, Programmen und Automationen, um die KPIs zu erhöhen
• Kommunikation mit internen Analysten, um relevante Insights mit Hilfe von Markt- und Kundendaten zu erzeugen
• Optimierung von Workflows, Website Content und Prozessen zur Verbesserung der Customer Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement customer life cycle funnels in Germany and Austria
• Act as a main stakeholder for the campaign calendar
• Build campaigns and user journeys using Exact Target
• Promotion planning and execution including pre and post-analysis
• Manage budgets across the markets
• Constantly improve and optimise communication
• Oversee campaign designs and write marketing copy
• Come up with new programs and automations to drive market KPI’s
• Engage internal analysts in generating actionable insights using market and customer data
• Streamline workflows, website content and processes to improve user experience

Ihre Qualifikationen

• Bisherige Erfahrung in dieser oder einer ähnlichen Rolle ist vorteilhaft, wird aber nicht vorausgesetzt
• Sie bringen Leidenschaft und Interesse für Sport und/oder Sportwetten mit, vor allem für Fußball
• Sie sprechen Deutsch als Muttersprache und haben verhandlungssichere Englisch-Kenntnisse
• Sie haben gute analytische Fähigkeiten
• Projektmanagement ist für Sie kein Fremdwort
• Sie sind ein Team-Player, auf dem Feld und im Büro
• Gute HTML- und Excel-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
• Sie können erfolgreiche Kampagnen und Tasks auch in Zeiten von Stress und engen Timelines mit hoher Qualität umsetzen
• Sie sind jemand, der anpackt, haben eine positive “Wir schaffen das”-Einstellung und gute Problemlösungs-Fähigkeiten

Required Experience & Skills

• Previous experience in this or a similar role will be considered an asset
• Passion for sports and sports betting, especially football
• German native speaker with English to a business standard
• Good analytical skills.

• Good html and Excel knowledge will be an advantage
• Ability to deliver results and outstanding service whilst working to tight timelines
• Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude and good problem solving skills
